Absolutely amazing shopping experience, incredible customer service worth coming back for!

I'm not very well versed in fashion and it shows - I have no clue how to articulate what I like, or what brands/styles suit me.

Despite this all the staff were so incredibly patient and non-judgmental! They always offered to help and were more than happy to step back if I said no.

Brian in particular, who helped me out 1 on 1, was the absolute best customer service experience I've ever had for clothing!!! He was so incredibly down to earth and chill, super non-judgmental and supportive which I really appreciated as I felt out of my depth.

He noticed that I really liked a certain style of pants and helped me to understand why I like them and what to look for. He even paired the pants with the shoes I told him I had.

He would excuse himself to go find other pants that he thought I would like and put them in a change room ready for me to try them on. He wasn't pushy at all and allowed me all the time that I wanted to just think and browse.

Finally when I did try them on he gave me his honest opinions in such a friendly and knowledgeable way. You can easily tell he has passion for fashion and that he knows what he's talking about.

Honestly such an amazing bloke!!

Today I went in to get a gift for my partners birthday.

I was having trouble picking something but a member of staff (who turned out to be the manager) was super helpful. I am an awkward person but he made me feel very comfortable.

He helped me pick out a pair of pants that also turn into shorts! It was a great pick. It was exactly what I was looking for.

We also had a nice conversation which I felt was genuine and not forced.

I was unsure of my partners size and the exchange period was only 2 weeks while my partner birthday is in 2 week so he graciously extended the exchange it for me so I wouldn't have issue if it didn't fit.

I had a good experience and im quite please.

Last week, I visited Incu to help my family shop for clothes. I'm not familiar with these menswear brands, but I was very fortunate to meet a Chinese sales associate named Roxy. She knew everything about the prices, materials, and designs of various menswear brands in the store. She guided us through all the brands in the store, explaining them clearly, efficiently, and to the point. She even wrote down the brands we were interested in so we could take our time choosing. Additionally, she quickly matched us with a pair of jeans that were not on display but were perfect for the Asian physique. My family and I are very happy. Although we spent a lot, the hours we spent in the store helped us clarify our future purchasing direction, which I think is very worthwhile. Thanks again, Roxy, hope you stay happy every day!

Frequent this store often - always greeted with a no pressure sales approach. Staff are present without being overbearing. If u give the slightest hint u need assistance they are quick to make sure you are sorted - even when they’re busy.

One of my favourite places to shop is unfortunately staffed by unwelcoming individuals who seem to judge customers based on their attire. Recently, I purchased a bag only to discover at checkout that the price tag was incorrect, resulting in me paying $100 more than the listed price. Additionally, no one offered to assist me until I was already heading to the counter to make my purchase.

This place is so welcoming and the staff genuinely knowledgeable and helpful. No airs and intimidation. Some menswear shops, especially those that are known in the streetwear scene, can be intimidating especially the well known ones where the floor staff can sometimes size you up the moment you walk through the door, but not Incu Galeries Men’s. I was looked after by Malcolm and Brian, and could not commend their friendliness and thoughtfulness any more highly. Great guys and assets to Incu. I’d certainly drop in again when I pass through Sydney next time.
