Hi INCU,

I recommend providing your staff with more training on product knowledge and sizing. It's important that they feel comfortable admitting when they don't know something and seeking help from more knowledgeable colleagues, rather than trying to cover up their uncertainty. For example, when asked about sizing differences between two colorways, one staff member seemed lost and gave a vague response instead of seeking accurate information. The store is great and the staff are friendly, but improved training would make the shopping experience even better. Because right now they just people that look cool and that's about it, a little empty in the customers service department.

First time shopping here during my vacation in Melbourne, sadly I had a really bad experience here today. Purchased a pair of leather shoes that I really liked, only to find out the price showing on price tag was totally wrong and then had to get the refund straight away due to the price difference. Surely killed my vacay vibe not to mention I was here for my birthday too.

I never go into high end CBD shops like Incu, but i ended up here with a friend and I must say i was quite pleasently suprised with the entire experience.

I like the vibe and lay out of the shop. There's only one size of each item on the floor (and more in the back) - which makes it feel less clunky and like youre finding a one of a kind piece.
The racks are full of such great curated pieces from different brands that all stood out.

Theres mixed reviews about the staff - everyone has bad days - but my experience was super positive. They're all younger and more chilled out than I was expecting which was refreshing. Especially Taylor was super sweet and helpful - even caught my vibe and found me something she thought id like, and she was right!

I had a great experience here, and left happy. If i ever feel like forking out an arm and a leg again, this will be my first stop lol

Went to Incu for midday shopping and the staff was just underwhelming. One girl standing in the corner yawning for 15 mins, hiding from working. The guy who helped us had an attitude of an angry/passive aggressive person, he was unhappy helping us, looks like he was gonna cry every time we asked for size or colours, staff at the door ignored customers while gossiping about other staff, yes we could hear what they were taking about! Please train your staff better, maybe get people who want to work, there is plenty of good workers out there.

I guess everyone needs to level up their streetwear styling with ADER Error's youthful approach to minimalism.
